1. Check-In and Check-Out

1. Check-in: after 3:00 PM
2. Check-out: by 11:00 AM
3. Early check-in or late check-out is possible only with prior approval and for an additional fee.
4. Key or access code will be provided according to prior arrangements.

2. Cleanliness and Order

5. Please treat the apartment with respect and care.
6. Moving or rearranging furniture is strictly prohibited.
7. Selective waste disposal is mandatory:
   • PAPER must be separated
   • PLASTIC & METAL must be separated
   • GENERAL household waste must be separated
   Incorrect sorting may result in fines according to NYC regulations.
8. After using the kitchen, please wash the dishes or start the dishwasher.

3. Quiet Hours and Neighbor Respect

9. Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
10. Loud music, yelling, or any form of excessive noise is prohibited.
11. Do not disturb the neighbors:
    • You may only knock on their door in a real emergency.
    • No tasks, requests, or instructions may be given to neighbors.
    • No help or services may be requested from them.
